  • Stacy Cardigan Smith shares a wonderful story about Transcendental Meditation and its positive effect on kids in Winnipeg schools, helping them with confidence, focus, and schoolwork.

  • Christine Ahrens and Kristi Nikkel, co-hosts of A Winnipeg Slice here on CJNU, join us to give us a sneak peak of a couple stories they’ve been working on this week.

  • And Noah Erenberg, Convener of Community News Commons, joins hosts Nolan Bicknell and Robert Zirk to discuss the latest stories written by citizen journalists on CNC.
