Financial professionals pick up their instruments in support of two charitable organizations in our community.
The Winnipeg Foundation is located on the 13th floor of the Richardson Building, at the corner of Portage Main in downtown Winnipeg.

Our regular office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Directions to The Winnipeg Foundation
From the North:
  1. Travel south on Main Street (Route 52).
  2. Turn left on to McDermot Avenue.
  3. Turn right onto Rorie Street.
  4. Turn right onto Lombard Avenue.
From the South:
  1. Travel north on Pembina Highway (Route 42).
  2. Continue on Pembina Highway (Route 42) which becomes Donald Street (Route 42).
  3. Travel north on Donald Street (Route 42) which becomes Smith Street.
  4. Turn right on Portage Avenue (Route 85).
  5. Turn left onto Main Street (Route 52).
  6. Turn right onto Lombard Avenue.
From the East:
  1. Travel west on Fermor Avenue (Trans Canada Highway).
  2. Turn right onto Archibald Street (Route 30).
  3. Turn left onto Provencher Boulevard (Route 57).
  4. Continue on Provencher Boulevard (Route 57) which becomes Pioneer Avenue.
  5. Turn right onto Waterfront Drive.
  6. Turn left onto Lombard Avenue.
From the West:
  1. Travel east on Portage Avenue (Route 85).
  2. Turn left onto Main Street (Route 52).
  3. Turn right onto Lombard Avenue.
Parking
  • Parkade on Lombard Avenue (Lombard Place Parkade).
  • Parkade on McDermot Avenue and Rorie Street.
  • Meters on the surrounding streets generally have a 2-hour time limit.
Transit Stops near The Winnipeg Foundation
Main Street & Lombard Avenue (southbound)
Location: West side of Main Street between McDermot and Portage Avenues.
How to get to the Foundation:
  1. Cross Main Street at McDermot Avenue (north of stop).
  2. Go south on Main Street.
  3. Turn left onto Lombard Avenue. The Richardson Building is the first building on the south side.
Main Street & McDermot Avenue (northbound)
Location: East side of Main Street at McDermot Avenue.
How to get to the Foundation:
  1. Go south on Main Street.
  2. Turn left onto Lombard Avenue. The Richardson Building is the first building on the south side.
Portage Avenue & Garry Street (westbound)
Location: North side of Portage Avenue at Garry Street.
How to get to the Foundation:
  1. Go east on Portage Avenue.
  2. Access the underground concourse through CanWest Global Place.
  3. Go through the Portage and Main concourse to the Richardson Building in Lombard Place.
Portage Avenue & Fort Street (eastbound)
Location: South side of Portage Avenue at Fort Street
How to get to the Foundation:
  1. Cross Portage Avenue at Fort Street (east of the stop).
  2. Go east on Portage Avenue.
  3. Access the underground concourse through CanWest Global Place.
  4. Go through the Portage and Main concourse to the Richardson Building in Lombard Place.

Accessibility
Guests may be dropped off in the loading zone outside the Richardson Building on Lombard Avenue.

The Richardson Building is wheelchair accessible from Lombard Avenue and through the underground concourse.

Parking is available on the ground level of Lombard Place Parkade. To get to the Richardson Building from the Parkade travel along Lombard Avenue or through the Underground Concourse. Click here to download a map.
