For one night a year, members of Winnipeg’s financial services community trade in their pens and papers for sunglasses and microphones to give back to their community.

Winnstock, an annual “battle of the bands” event, provides members of the investment, insurance and banking industries with the opportunity to show off their musical talents and support local charitable organizations.

In its first three years Winnstock raised more than $175,000 for local charities and has become a unique and successful fundraising event in Winnipeg’s financial services community.

This year, event proceeds will support the Movement Centre and Open Access Resource Centre (OARC). Winnstock’s volunteer organizers strive to make each event more successful and support more charitable organizations.

With support from The Winnipeg Foundation, Winnstock provides a fun way for financial services providers to help our community flourish, and rock.
