  • Lisa Del Col, Director of Programs at Level, joins us to talk about how Level is working across Canada to change lives through law and about Level's Indigenous Youth Outreach Program, which is set to launch in Winnipeg in the new year.
  • Shirley Grierson, Executive Director of Artists in Healthcare Manitoba, joins us to talk about its new Art Donation initiative that will help make clinical care experiences better for patients and visitors.
  • The Women’s Canadian Club of Winnipeg celebrated its 110th anniversary on November 29th, and its president Roberta Popoff will join us to look back at the organization’s 110 years.
  • Earlier this week, 54 new Canadians were sworn in as Canada’s newest citizens, and we spoke with Roshini Kassie, Manager, Volunteer Community at the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, to talk about how the organization promotes inclusion and engages new Canadians.
  • And The Winnipeg Foundation recently awarded its Graduate Awards in Canadian History. We’ll speak with The Foundation’s Student Awards Specialist Jennifer Aarhus and award recipient Erin Yaremko, to learn more about the Awards and about the Friends of Our History fund which generates these awards.
