This week, in honour of the Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge, BeCause Radio highlighted several of Manitoba’s 56 community foundations to learn more about how they support their local communities, along with how they are participating in this year’s Giving Challenge.
In this segment from our November 18, 2021 broadcast, we spoke with Lynda Lambert, Endow Manitoba Community Foundation Coordinator for the South-Central region of Manitoba, which includes the Steinbach Community Foundation, Morris Area Foundation, Plum Coulee Community Foundation, and Morden Area Foundation:
About the Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge:
When you support your hometown’s community foundation during the Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge (between Nov. 15 and 21, 2021), your $5 gift becomes $7! *Gifts to The Winnipeg Foundation’s undesignated funds are not stretched.
