Educating and empowering youth to take action on climate change

Last year, Global Climate Strikes took place around the world – including here in Winnipeg, with more than 12,000 students and activists showing up to advocate for action on climate change.

Leading up to the one year anniversary of the Climate Strikes, a group of youth organizations, led by Youth Agencies Alliance, are empowering young people to learn about climate justice and leadership through the Youth Green Action Plan.
