Brent Retzlaff has been with The Winnipeg Foundation since 2019. As the Human Resources and Policy Administration Officer, Brent works in the CEO’s Office to provide support to the CEO related to human resources management, policy administration, and governance support. As part of Brent’s role, he is responsible to ensure that the organization maintains compliance with the Imagine Canada Standards program. Brent has been working in the charitable sector for more than ten years including roles in volunteer management and program development. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts from Canadian Mennonite University as well as a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Management from the University of Winnipeg. Brent is also a Chartered Professional in Human Resources Candidate.
