Raquel Bracken

Raquel joined The Winnipeg Foundation in May 2019 and provides administrative support to the Executive Office in the areas of special initiatives, events, and policy administration. She assists with the report-making and preparation of Board and Committee materials, as well as Professional Advisor data processing. She is an avid volunteer, including as a senior emergency response volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross. Raquel studied Cultural Anthropology at Memorial University, and is currently enrolled in an Emergency Management program through JIBC. Raquel enjoys cycling, music, and being outdoors.
