Tamarack has been serving our community for nearly 50 years, offering community-based treatment and support for alcohol and drug addiction, as well as aftercare and transitional housing to help their clients make a lasting change in their lives.
We sat down with Lisa to talk about her work and the modern context of addiction in 2022, the stigmas that continue to surround community-based treatment, and what the average person needs to know about people going through recovery.
