DonorCentral implementing requirement for Multi-factor Authentication

Effective October 30, 2024, DonorCentral will require you to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) when you log in. Our vendor, NPact, is implementing this as a security measure to ensure your fund information is protected from security concerns.

When you log in on or after October 30, you will be redirected to a screen with the option to enroll in MFA or skip MFA for up to 30 days (you will only be able to skip setup once). Please follow the instructions on the screen to create your MFA.

To use MFA, you must have a handheld device such as a smartphone, tablet, or cell phone capable of receiving text (SMS) messages. By default, you will be asked to enroll using either Microsoft Authenticator app or Google Authenticator app (app will need to be installed on your handheld device; app cannot be installed on desktop computers). You may also choose the option of using SMS (text messaging) instead.
