BeCause & Effect #42: Mandela Kuet

Literacy, Education & Employment

Mandela Kuet advocates for equity and equality and has for nearly his entire life. He participated in The Winnipeg Foundation’s Fast Pitch earlier this year, spoke at the Black Lives Matter rally in Winnipeg on June 5, 2020, and recently started his own non-profit for at-risk newcomer youth.

I sat down with Mandela on a video chat, to talk about Black Lives Matter, his lifetime dedication to advocacy and equity, and what our communities need to learn and apply to make real change.

This episode is also on The Winnipeg Foundation’s YouTube channel, so you can watch the video of my conversation with Mandela.
