Working Together for Community Impact
We work alongside donors and community partners to support programs that address real needs and create lasting impact. While endowments remain at the heart of what we do, we also lead initiatives that help grow generosity and strengthen the communities we serve.
Our programs support people at every stage of their giving journey. We create opportunities for young people to learn about their community, connect with local organizations, and explore what generosity means to them. By building understanding early, we help nurture the next generation of community leaders.
We also support a network of community foundations across Manitoba. By sharing knowledge, offering practical tools, and creating space for collaboration, we help strengthen local foundations so they can continue to respond to their communities’ priorities, now and in the future.
In addition, we work with partners to support organizations that face barriers to traditional financing. Together, we help ensure that important community work can continue and that organizations have access to necessary resources.
These efforts foster a culture of generosity and strengthen the systems that support community well-being. Through our shared work, we move closer to a Manitoba where community life flourishes for all.
